Skin type tanning in a sun
Your body type is the first thing you need to know when visiting a tanning bed. Well, this is the key factor that will aid in getting the desired tan. Skin type = day spent in the sun. The fewer days you need the lighter it is. With this in mind, there are 4 main body types. You can easily calculate yours using our range.
1. Dark skin with an olive tint, dark eyes, dark hair, no age spots or freckles. In this case, tanning will be as safe and quick as possible. You can safely lie under the lamps for 8-10 minutes.
2. Slightly dark skin, dark blond/brown hair, gray or brown eyes, no freckles. With this type, you can also not be afraid of burns, but you should think about additional protection. Time: 6-8 minutes.
3. Fair skin with no or very few freckles. If you recognize yourself, remember that it is not difficult for you to get sunburned in a solarium. Use protection and do not exceed the time limit (up to 5 minutes).
4. Very fair skin, pale, with many freckles, moles and hypersensitivity. With this type of skin, tanning in a tanning bed can be very harmful, so be careful. If you still need to get a little tan, use high-quality protection and no more than 3 minutes under the lamps.
What information do you need to understand about tanning beds?
This area is not intended for timid people because you will have to pose a few questions to the salon’s executive. Do n’t be afraid to ask questions because it will affect your safety and effectiveness.
1. Which solarium will be better for me – vertical or horizontal? It’s important to listen to the administrator’s opinion, telling them about your wishes and the expected result. A vertical solarium is preferable for those who want to get a beautiful tan of the upper body – arms, shoulders, back, décolleté. Horizontal – provides a high-quality tan of the legs.
2. How long ago were the lamps in the solarium replaced and what is their power? This directly determines the time spent in the solarium: the newer the lamps, the fewer minutes you need to tan. According to the standards, lamps should be replaced every 600 thousand hours. It is important to know that if the replacement was made a day or two ago, the tanning time should also be reduced.
3. Has the tanner base been disinfected? If the administrator immediately asks you to enter the hall, ask what was used to clean the package and how much ago. It is advisable that you physically observe this process. This is your health!
4. How many minutes can I sunbathe in a tanning bed? If you are in doubt, be sure to ask the administrator. They will help you choose the best time to visit. We recommend taking no more than 5 minutes for the first time.
What does n’t you do before a tanning bed?
Before visiting the sun, do not instantly take a shower. Do it after three to four hours because the protecting challenge is removed and the body becomes more sensitive to ultraviolet radiation as a result. We also advise against using fragrance and perfume because they could lead to aging and irritation. The same holds true for makeup on the face. No beauty!
What do you need for tanning in a sun?
As for accessories, you should take exclusive glasses to protect your eye from Sun light, a cover to shield your hair from damage and fading, and nipple sticks. The latter are most frequently accompanied by tiny circular stickers made to conceal potentially harmful body moles. Be sure to do this before the treatment.
Makeup for tanning rooms: what do you need?
If you have n’t already visited a tanning salon, you are aware of the staff members ‘ persistent offer of tanning products that “immediately turn your skin bronze.” Of course, this is not accurate. But even so, we’re not trying to dissuade you from using tanning bed perfumes. Use only premium creams that are specifically made to nourish and speed up the yellow so that the colour is as uniform as possible. We also advise using bronzer-infused creams not earlier than 5-6 sessions when the skin starts to become a little darker. There are creams that actually make the skin darker. Use a balm to moisturize the skin and remove the yellow after the sunbed.
Do n’t forget about your face! The parallel tanning bed has a unique face lamp, which is less powerful than the main lamps. They can be disabled, but you should only do so a moment after the session begins. Even when the lights are turned off, the main light ‘ ultraviolet rays still smear down on the skin. Prior to sunscreen, the face should be immediately protected with a unique oil or lotion. Apply sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 to protect the areas that are most susceptible to color.
Guidelines for tanning in a sun
Let’s describe and substitute the list with advice:
Take a shower three to four hours in advance with a particular gel or lotion with a balanced pH to promote an yet tan before visiting a conservatory.
– if you wear eyeliner, use a natural solution to replace it,
– be sure to replace all jewellery,
Use a stickini to defend freckles and breasts, and after the age of 30, we advise bathing in a sun with a swimsuit bottom,
– remember to take special glasses to guard your eyes and take off the lenses because they are seriously damaged by UV rays and reduce presence.
– protect your scalp,
– apply a balm with protecting filters to your lips to nourish them,
Applying specific sunbed lotions to your skin to stop burns and aging spots and to speed up tanning
– do never exceed the amount of time you spend in the sun; it is better to spend fewer minutes there and improve it the next time rather than burn and be unable to return for two to three weeks.
– just four hours after the session’s completion, with a requirement for additional skin diet, to take a bath.
– do not (! ) visit the solarium after cosmetic procedures ( peeling, mechanical cleaning, hair removal, dermabrasion, any laser or injection techniques ),
– treat yourself to a cup of carrot, fruit or peach juice, as they are rich in carotenoids, which contributes to more powerful and faster tanning.
If you follow the right course of action when making arbitrary tanning beds, you are protected. We are confident that if you follow our tips, you can achieve a beautiful bronze body tone in a few sessions as well as raise the level of endorphins and vitamin D.
